Professional Housing Consultant

One of Western New York’s largest home builders is looking for a Professional Housing Consultant to add to our experienced award-winning staff. Our company has been providing new homes to customers of New York and Pennsylvania for over 50 years. This is a career opportunity with our average consultant employed for 17 years to offer consumer affordable and complete home packages.

• Motivated & goal-oriented individual with strong communication skills.
• Organizational & follow up skills as well as being an avid learner.
• 3 years direct sales experience preferred and/or construction experience.
• Two year or four-year degree preferred.
• Valid and up to date driver’s license.
• Able to travel a limited amount of time throughout the year for shows and training.
• Direct and online selling of new homes off one of the largest model displays in the Northeast.
• Ability to sell and facilitate design, colors and décor for a new home.
• Learn & work with partners, suppliers and contractors for completion of new home.
• Learn & work with in-house finance department to provide customer lending options.
• Learn & work with in-house service & construction department for complete home packages.
• Base pay, commission, bonuses, trips, awards. No caps, income increases on performance.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
